Gure I+G+Bko arduradun Marisol Barralek Donostia-Iru\u00f1ea errepide zaharrean asfaltozko material berreskuratuarekin egindako nahasketen aplikazioan izandako arrakasta-kasuetako bat azaldu zuen.<\/p>\n<p>Proiektuaren gakoak<\/p>\n<p>GI-2135 errepideko zoruaren egitura birgaitu nahi da, 2,790 eta 4,870 KPen artean, Leaburu eta Lizartza artean, T3 trafiko-kategoriarekin. AP-8ko errodadura-geruzaren mikrofresaketatik ateratako asfaltozko material berreskuratuaren tasa desberdinekin, nahasketa epelekin eta beroan, aplikatzeko proba-tarte batzuk zolatu ziren.<\/p>\n<p>Lehendik dagoen MICROF geruza mikrofresatzeko danbor batekin fresatzeko eragiketak egin ziren, konponketa lokalizatuak fresaketa sakonarekin, birjarpena kareharrizko MBC AC22S bin geruzarekin eta 5 cm-ko errodadurako geruzarekin, 100-110 \u00baC-ko trinkotze-tenperaturarekin.<\/p>\n<p>1. tartea: MBC AC16 SURF S OFITA R0: 600 t<br \/>\n2. tartea: MBC AC16 SURF S OFITA R15: 470 t<br \/>\n3. tartea: MBC AC16 SURF S OFITA R30: 400 t<br \/>\n4. tartea: MBTE ACBE16 SURF S OFITA R0: 300 t<br \/>\n5. tartea: MBTE ACBE16 SURF S OFITA R30: 370 t<br \/>\n6. tartea: MBTE ACBE16 SURF S OFITA R60: 400t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-12 col-xs-12\">\n<p>Asfaltia abangoardian dago asfaltozko nahasketen diseinuan, fabrikazioan eta obran. I+G+B sail indartsua eta Ikerketa Zentraleko Laborategia ditu, asfaltozko nahasketak diseinatu, garatu eta kontrolatzeko azken teknologiaz hornitua.<\/p>\n<p>Andoaingo asfalto-instalazioa fresatzeko materialaren kudeatzaile baimendua da Eusko Jaurlaritzak 2019ko martxotik, eta balorizazio-eragiketak (R5) eta biltzeko eta biltegiratzeko eragiketak (R12 eta R13) egiteko baimena du.<\/p>\n<p>Nahaste epelak: Iraunkortasun aplikatua errepideetan<\/p>\n<p>Fabrikazio-tenperatura txikiagoa behar dute, eta fresaketa-materialen % 100 berrerabiltzeko gai dira.<\/p>\n<p>Agregakinen gainberotze-tenperatura berarekin, fresaketa kantitate handiagoa berrerabil daiteke nahasketa epelak fabrikatuz, nahasketaren amaierako tenperatura txikiagoa delako, fresaketaren hezetasun-baldintza berdinetan.<\/p>\n<p>Beroko nahasketen antzeko ezaugarriak dituzte, duten fresaketa-tasaren arabera.<\/p>\n<p>Nahaste epelak beroko nahasteak baino deformagarriagoak dira, hondar-lotailuaren azken trinkotasunagatik. Bere konposizioan fresatzeko material gehiago duen heinean, bere deformagarritasuna txikiagoa da.<\/p>\n<p>Nahaste epelek beroan nahasteek baino ITSR eta trakzioarekiko erresistentzia balio txikiagoak dituzte.
